• Reservations are considered confirmed only after sending a deposit of the first night.
• In the absence of the amount, the reservation is to be understood as null.
• Full payment must be received 7 days prior to arrival.

According to the chosen rate & availably, a customer can modify their initial reservation without expenses up to 7 days prior to arrival. After this period the reservation is final & non modifiable.

• Reservations & bookings are done through the website.
• Rooms can be placed on hold for 24 hours during high season.

Our refund policy is based on the total amount & not on the deposit.

• 10 days prior to arrival date⎯⎯⎯ full refund
• 5 days prior to arrival date⎯⎯⎯ 50% refund
• 48 hours prior to arrival date⎯⎯⎯ 30% refund
• 24 hours or a No show⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ No refund

Tzila assumes no responsibility for cancellations or modifications for the following reasons...

• Inclement weather.
• Strikes, wars, riots or governmental actions.
• Death or illness.

Early checkin or late checkout is subjected to room availability on the relevant day & must be confirmed with the staff.
